In 2024, our acquisition by the Raymond Group’s Engineering Business marked a pivotal evolution, leading
to the formation of two specialized entities: JK Maini Precision Technologies Ltd. (JKMPTL), focused on
automotive and industrial segments, and JK Maini Global Aerospace Ltd. (JKMGAL), our dedicated aerospace
division.
