About the Role
This role focuses on the technical execution of turning and turnmill processes,
specifically for complex aerospace components. The programmer will handle
various raw materials and ensure that all CAM outputs align with stringent
aerospace quality and engineering standards.
Job Description
- CAM Programming: Execute hands-on programming for turning and turnmill
operations.
- Tooling Strategy: Manage cutting tool selection and fixture concept
design.
- Material Handling: Work with diverse raw materials including Stainless
Steel (SS), Titanium (TI), Aluminum (AL), and Inconel.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensure all engineering documents meet QMS and
AS9100D requirements.
- Accountability:
- Ensure CAM programs meet aerospace machining standards.
- Support efficient and accurate turning and turnmill operations.
Technical Knowledge Required
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam and SolidCAM for Turning/Turnmill
- Working knowledge of Stainless Steel (SS), Titanium (TI), Aluminum (AL), and Inconel
- Familiarity with QMS and AS9100D engineering documentation
